Terms and Conditions of usage

After you use my drawings in any way, you automatically agree to these terms.
You may use my drawings in any way you please, but you must give credit to at least one of the following social media profiles:
NemGamingAkos youtube channel,
akos_a_mester instagram profile,
You cannot claim on any social media platforms that you drew these, unless you can prove that you did not simply
download and reupload them for your own benefit.
They are free of charge, but you may only use them as stated above.
Not all of the characters on my drawings are my own intellectual property;
some of them are owned by other people.
I have drawn all of them, but I do not own all of them.
Therefore, while I may not sue, I will ensure that your posted content is removed if you don't follow these conditions.
For the ones that are my own characters, then I may sue if your plan contains break anything about the above stated laws.
You may use them to practice your skills and redraw them and then upload your own work.
In this case, it's perfectly fine for me not to get tagged,
you can give credit to the original work, but in this case, I won't force you too.
To avoid legal troubles, I will update this list below,
where I will include the names and contact information of the people who own some of the characters I drew:

- The Pokémon Company™ -> The official pokémon website

- CDE Entertainment™ -> The official CDE website

- Marvel™ -> The official Marvel website

- Shōsetsuka ni Narō™ -> Their official website according to wp

For those who need a summary:
- Don't repost without crediting me
- If you want to use it for a home project, or anything that you don't intend to post online, then go ahead;
you can do whatever you want with them, who's gonna stop you?
- I do not own every character in my drawings, so I created a list above to give credit to all of the
people and companies who either inspired me or whose characters I drew.
- I don't own everything so I'm unable to sue about those ones, but I will make sure remind you if you forget to credit me
- I will make sure to credit smaller creators on the drawings themselves, but I will not bother to write
Nintendo™ or any other big coorporation above their characters, because they are well know worldwide.

I have to right to change these terms whenever I see fit.
